Despatch Express, the 2013 PCRRHS Annual Convention was held in Rochester, NY, on September 26-28, 2013, at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Rochester. Tours included:
- Alstom signaling plant in Rochester, where state of the art railroad signaling systems are designed and manufactured.
- Rochester Model Railway Club
- Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum, home to a restored Penn Central N11E caboose!
- Medina Railroad Museum, home to a pair of restored NYC E8 locomotives
